Great staff and location for everything. Really helpful and renovation is going on in the rooms. Nice stat would reccomend.

The Elopura Hotel located on the East Coast of Sabah which also known as “Land below the Wind”. Elopura name itself was the first name of Sandakan when it was found by William B Pryer back in 1879.

The location is superb and it's a fascinating hotel filled with film trivia and memorabilia. The view from the room was excellent, overlooking the sea and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but there was the bonus of an egg station to have your eggs cooked to order.
