Waking up to this view every morning felt like a dream. What truly sets this hotel apart is how they cater to every guest’s wishes. No request is too big or too small—they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. And I must say, Hamza has become more than just a manager to us—he is a true friend. His kindness, attentiveness, and incredible dedication to his work make him an exceptional person and a true asset to this hotel. Leaving is heartbreaking—I truly have tears in my eyes! Everything was perfect! My parents stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and they totally loved it! I had requested for early check in because their flight arrived to Dubai early and they arranged everything! The staff was amazing, their hospitality was amazing and even the manager came by and asked my parents how was their stay. Definitely coming back and recommending to everyone

Everything was perfect. The staff, the location, the hotel itself, the cleanliness, the beach. The hotel was really trying to accommodate all of our requests. We had some minor issues (outside of the hotel’s control), however the hotel made sure that we still enjoy our stay, and we really did! So far one of the best hotels in Dubai I have been to, and plan on definitely coming back! A big thank you to NH The Palm, and all of their staff!
