Abbiamo raggiunto la struttura con la loro barca (inclusa nel prezzo) ed è stato un dettaglio che ci ha subito colpito: comodo e suggestivo. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e accoglienti, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Hanno organizzato per noi delle bellissime escursioni e, quando serviva, ci preparavano anche la colazione da asporto: una cura e un’attenzione che raramente si trovano. Un’esperienza indimenticabile, che consigliamo vivamente a chiunque cerchi relax, ospitalità autentica e servizi impeccabili. Torneremo sicuramente!

It had its own little restaurant, where you can get tasty food and drinks (try their fruit juices). The owner, Mohammad, is very kind and friendly. When talking about Nubian dates, he said he would get some for me on the market, and so he did and also gifted me dates from Saudi Arabia. Would highly recommend!

This hotel has been absolutely amazing! It’s literally just two minutes from the Abu Simbel Temple — the perfect location. The property is new, beautiful, and spotless, with a stunning infinity pool overlooking the desert and Lake Nasser. Watching the sunset from their terrace is truly magical. The food is delicious and freshly made, but what really makes this place special is the people. The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

Every single second of our stay was admirable but I will try to conclude it in points 1. Very very very quiet place to have some peaceful moments for your soul 2. Nature evey where especially that the guest house is built in a nature preserve so you would see a lot of creatures in there nature 3 . Staaaffff what a great group of people they were very friendly very helpful and very kind to top all of that 4 . Mr. Nasser which is a great person ,helpful ,kind and smile bringer 5. Owner of the guest house Mr . Waleed is very kind and very helpful man ( he helped me puying some top quality spices and brought me a boat cruise for a very good price ) 6. Lamiaa the receptionist with the great smile kind attitude and warm welcoming 7. Mohammed and Mahmoud of the buffet they are the best 8. Top quality of food the chef was 👌 9. Amazing room space and cleanliness and one of the most amazing room views I have ever had Over all it was an experience that would never be forgotten with evey detail of it and actually I stayed there for 7 nights but I didn't want to leave at the end of the reservation that's how I was attached to the place

Mustafa the host puts a lot of care into the facilities of the accommodation and towards the guests. The room was perfect and the bathroom was large. He has a shop on site. He organised an Abu Simbel trip for me and sailed me to the pick up point and then took care of arranging drop off points for another hotel I'd previously booked. He also showed me around the area and made me feel at home as I was solo travelling.

The outside was very ugly but the inside was very modern. I loved the TV and the wi-fi was AMAZING😁 plenty of space and beds. The view is amazing! Dislike: the owner can improve the cleaning.

Situato sulla collina più alta di Aswan, di fronte al Museo Nubiano, l'Hotel Basma offre una vista incantevole sul Nilo, un giardino terrazzato, una piscina con terrazza e la connessione WiFi gratuita... This is the second time on Basma hotel. Love it here. very polite staff, service minded and shows respect to their customers. Maneger really takes care of you, checks that everything is in order. If you are like me who likes private life, I recommend the place. Calm and quiet Great internet , the internet was working everywhere at det hotel. No doubt I will come back to Basma hotel.
