Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Nice and friendly staff and very clean, activity in the swimming pool was nice!

I don't usually write hotel reviews, but our stay at this hotel (sorry: ship) was so exceptional and so memorable that I want to give it the highest possible rating. Boasting cosy and bright-coloured living space, Cassia Bintan, part of Banyan Group is located in Lagoi, 44 km from Desaru. This hotel was fantastic, we had to cancel a trip to Bali due to weather and picked this as an alternative and couldn't have been happier. The staff went above and beyond and after asking for something special for my parents 40th wedding anniversary they left a beautiful message on their bed for check in. The beach is really nice and the infinity pool was really nice. There are multiple restaurants to choose from so there was always something for everyone.

Beautiful place, thoughtfully appointed comfortable rooms, super friendly staff and great food, everything was amazing!

Το Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG βρίσκεται σε Lagoi, σε απόσταση 500μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Lagoi και παρέχει καταλύματα με εξωτερική πισίνα, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο... It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.
