First of all the staff was amazing, so kind, so nice. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures on booking. It was super clean, and the air con was also already on as it was so warm outside. She provided a cot for our little one as well. She made us two cakes ( which were delicious), there was juice, milk and water in the fridge. I loved the place so much, would definitely recommend it to everyone going around Rome. 100 out of 100, truly happy.

Hotel Smart Cruise adalah tempat penginapan 3-bintang yang terletak di Civitavecchia. WiFi percuma tersedia dan tempat parking peribadi boleh diatur dengan caj tambahan. John and the staff were extremely helpful and went over and above to help us. We were tired from a long journey and the room was exactly what I had booked, clean and tidy and quiet. Highly recommend getting their shuttle to the port.

The window only in the bathroom, it was visible from the posted images but I didn't notice it, personally it didn't bother us

Staff very attentive, cooked for us even though the restaurant wasn't open for lunch on all the days of our trip. Room spacious and comfortable. Our 8 yo loved the pool. And the bunnies :). Food was excellent. Next time we'll check out the nearby beaches aswell.
