The Deer Park Hotel is located on the banks of Giritale Reservoir, 10 km from Polonnaruwa Wihara. The stylish 5-star hotel offers an outdoor pool, 4 dining options and free parking. The room was beautiful, with a very nice view of the lake and the bathroom was amazing, the experience of having shower in the middle of the nature is so great! We also enjoy having drinks at night in the beautiful garden in front of the lake. The breakfast and the dinner is delicious. We took a massage and it was so relaxing… a perfect place to enjoy the nature (safaris are quite near) and relax

Lavendish Lake Giritale is located in the Ancient City of Polanaruwa, overlooking the beautiful Giritale Lake. Nice view, calm location and good food. Large parking, driver’s quarters. Everything is how you would expect.
