I traveled to Zurich for a flight transfer and stayed for one night with my wife. In the morning, I planned to visit downtown Zurich briefly before my next flight. While I was trying to buy a bus ticket, I happened to meet one of your hotel staff who had just finished her shift. She kindly advised me to buy a 24-hour pass, which was much more economical. She even accompanied us to the airport to purchase the ticket and took care of us like family. We also chatted about Thailand, my home country. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name as we were in a hurry to buy the ticket. I would like to sincerely thank her once again for her wonderful assistance. I was truly impressed.”
