The hostess Anna Rita was very helpful and went above and beyond in assisting us when a family member got sick. She took exceptional care of all of us ? assisting us with everything we needed. Their guide Owen was very helpful too, assisting us with our medical needs and taking care of us by talking to the doctor and even bringing us medication. He was very knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job showing us the local wildlife during our tour. Ana Rita and Owen were truly amazing and we appreciate all they did to make our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

The hostess is very communicative, Gloria makes your stay pleasant due to the tours and advices she offers, the tours were guided by her husband, Sergio who speaks English as well, has lots of knowledge and the fact that you were in a private tour and transported from the Cabins to the tour and viceversa.
