Everything was just as it showed in the photos—very clean and new. The apartment has a style and is tastefully furnished. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the house was very clean. The items left for our welcome, such as water, wine, fruit, and cornflakes, were a thoughtful touch and made us happy. The location of the house is in the center of the island, and the distance to places to visit was very convenient. The host was very attentive, and communication was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

The location is impeccably clean, with a superb terrace and a delightful courtyard full of flowers. The setting is strategic for easily exploring all the attractions. But what truly made this vacation memorable were our hosts, Mrs. Mihaela and Mr. Vasile. Without exaggeration, they are the best hosts we've ever met! Their attention to detail is remarkable: Mrs. Mihaela left us all sorts of sweets, water, and coffee, and Mr. Vasile gave us a warm welcome and all the necessary information about the island. The traditional dessert prepared by Mrs. Mihaela was absolutely delicious! A huge bonus was their flexibility with a late check-out. We had our flight at 7:00 PM, and they allowed us to stay in the house, which was extremely beneficial. We highly recommend this wonderful location and will definitely return!

This is a great property just walking distance from the Kos international airport. 15 mins drive from the magnificent Agia Stefanos beach. We loved the place , super clean and if you stay on the ground floor you have a private gated parking spot! Excellent value for money. Panagiotis is a great guy and has been super helpful at all times. We stayed at this place one night to spend some time in the wonderful Kos island before taking our flight to Italy. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome of small snacks and water, and there were also toiletries provided, which was a lovely surprise. The terrace is perfect for relaxing, and there is a shop nearby, so you really have everything you need. The host is extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great villa, excellent value for the money. The pool was fantastic, the rooms are full of light, the tennis court was great.
