WiFi was working very good (they have few different ones). 2 swimming pools with view on the sea, and the breakfast was sensational. Hot water in the shower. An open wardrobe so you can easily store your stuff. We were there while they didn't have other guests so it was super nice.

We did scuba diving there as well, with the help of Jordan, owner of Santai Diver Maumere. Both Hendrik and Jordan are very professional and nice people. Highly recommend!!!!!! Restaurant in The cottages is also very good, with proper order. The staff are super nice including mr Aldi. 10 stars!

The atmosphere is incredible, we arrived and felt right away at home. We loved our bungalow with the most beautiful view over the ocean and every evening a stunning sunset. The food was so delicious, we loved the dinner buffet, with traditional dishes and to eat with all the other guests together. The organised diving trips have been glorious! It’s really a little oasis, filled with love and tranquility. We really could wind down, relax and rejuvenate. We stayed one week and would have loved to never leave again.

A bit outside of Maumere (about 20-25min by bike, 30 by car), so nice and quiet except directly on the road so there was traffic noise. The fan in the bedroom was nice for keeping airflow but just wish we had another blanket (we could have asked earlier but at night there were no staff around). The staff were super nice and helpful and moved us to a better room. Online only the deluxe double (room with 2 double beds) was available but there were rooms on the water with just 1 double bed so maybe WhatsApp them for availability as opposed to booking online. Not many people around so the staff close up around 6pm unless you’re eating dinner. Not much for snorkeling that we saw, but maybe if you swim out a bit. Right on the shore is mostly rocks. Beds: had a mosquito net if you are into that. A little too soft for us but great pillows and clean and comfortable. Bathrooms: Hot water! Like super hot. Our first true super hot shower in a week! Great water pressure and clean and nice. All around a great stay along our journey around Flores. Great sunset spot!! Beautiful!

Like a museum full with antiques from Java and Bali. The restaurant area is made from bamboo and is gorgeous. The food is worth a Michelin star - Virgini makes all herselve and makes a huge effort to put every day different dishes on the table - all picture perfect and delicious - the diving is amazing and Anton has the best macro eyes ever. We are experienced divers - 32 years - and are living in Indonesia - we have been diving all around Indonesia and were happy to see the underwater condition around pulau Pamana are still good. We made 13 great dives - even encountered 7 white, black an a silvertip shark. Which is amazing since the shark population - although protected - is still under attack on a daily base. We hope the shark population will get more protection so that these apex predators can restore the balance in sea and ocean. Anton is a real Aquaman and knows so much about the underwaterworld.
