It was big and spacious - clean, easy. It was just want you'd expect. Perfect for big families spending time on the southern coast.

Set just 1 km from Hornafjördur Airport. Free WiFi access. The Route 1 Ring Road is right next to the guest house. A seating area and work desk feature in all guest rooms at Seljavellir Guesthouse. We stayed here for two nights. The view of the mountains with a waterfall was absolutely beautiful and made the stay extra special. The room was cozy, well-furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. There was also a separate shared kitchen which was very convenient for preparing breakfast.

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Höfn in south-east Iceland, this hotel is found along Route 1, close to the country’s largest glacier Vatnajökull. The room was spacious with large windows to the glacier. It was really quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Two extra pillows were offered. The staff was nice and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent!! Really good value for money.
