A full kitchen and spacious bathroom. The beach is a short walk through the trail and there is a shop right in the corner that's open until midnight for any late night needs. I was able to find a parking spot close to the building every night during our stay. I was a little worried about noise due to its proximity to the domestic airport but that turned out to be a complete nonissue. The owner was great and made sure we really enjoyed our time in Reykjavik.

We recently had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at Edda’s SK52 by the Sea, Unique spacious luxury airbnb, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The property was impeccably clean, beautifully & very tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to the smallest details, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—conveniently situated near Reykjavik (10mins drive) and was a great location to kickstart all our sighting tours/drive to the Golden Circle, and the other parts of southern of Iceland. One of the highlights was the spacious bathroom, which was a real luxury—plenty of room to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen island was another standout feature, perfect for both cooking and socializing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights and woke up refreshed and to a great view each morning. Free parking, with it's close proximity to our stay is a huge bonus. Edda, our host, is the most gracious and generous person ever. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and yet provided us with all the privacy we needed. We could not ask for anything more. The cleaning staff are absolutely exceptional. the minute I would step out of the shower, they would be in there with a mop cleaning up the floors of all the water. They also cleaned up constantly after guests who seemed to think the rules didn't apply to them and that they could just leave their dirty dishes and leftover food scraps wherever they felt like. The cleaning staff are the standout of this place!! The bed was comfy, the rooms were nice.

The apartment was spacious, bright, very clean, and modern. Great location near the main transport route and just a few steps from the city center. Perfect amenities. Easy and free parking. The only thing to get used to is that the apartment is more or less on the ground floor, and the windows are large. So, you need to be aware that if you open the vertical blinds, the apartment might be visible from the street. I can recommend the stay.

Ten rodzinny pensjonat jest oddalony o 500 metrów od dworca autobusowego w Reykjaviku i 45 minut jazdy autobusem od lotniska Keflavík. Świetna lokalizacja, około 10 minut piechotą od ścisłego centrum. Łatwe zameldowanie, nawet gdy przyjedzie się w godzinach nocnych. Bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Wynajmowałam pokój dwuosobowy w który były dwa wygodne łóżka, dwie szafy, telewizor, szafka nocna i umywalka, dostępne były także ręczniki. Personel bardzo uczynny i pomocny. Kuchnia oddzielna, ale dostępna dla każdego i bardzo dobrze wyposażona. W hostelu istnieje także możliwość wykupienia śniadań, które kosztowały 5 EUR za osobę. Bardzo fajny pomysł dzielenia się niepotrzebnym jedzeniem. Kawa i herbata dostępna cały czas i bezpłatna. Na pewno wrócę.

Had a great 2 night stay here while exploring what Reykjavik had to offer, Walk into town was super easy and we always found free parking outside the accommodation. The accommodation itself is well laid out and all rooms are a good size, Beds are super comfy. Would definitely stay again.
