We had two self-catering mini-houses on the kibbutz and prepared our own food in the immaculate kitchenettes, so I can't review the restaurant facilities. The accommodation was simple but excellent, with very comfortable beds & linen. Everything was spotless and the air conditioning / heating was effective and easy to use. But the two things that really sold the place to us were the kindness & friendliness of the staff, and the delightful surroundings - houses are set in a beautifully-kept, mature garden with birds & flowering shrubs everywhere, and a backdrop of mountains. It's also only a short and easy drive to the seafront so is an ideal base from which to visit Eilat and go walking in the nearby valleys.

This place is perfect for a large family. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city, so getting a quiet night's sleep is easier, though you need transportation to get to the beach or the main attractions, as well as restaurants....etc. That defintely is NOT a deterrent though. BOOK THIS PLACE. I've stayed everywhere in Aqaba, it is NOT easy to find an affordable place for a big family that has separate bedrooms (3!), TWO bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, balcony space to hang your swimming clothes overnight, a living room for the adults to relax in the evening after putting the kids to bed, and that is CLEAN. Heating and air/con plus ceiling fans, flully stocked on bath towels, toilet paper...etc. This place had it all. Thanks to Mu'taz and the team for supporting us during our stay and promptly answering our inquiries.

U Splash Resort is located in Kibbutz Eilot, in a green area surrounded by the desert. From this peaceful location it is only 3 km to Eilat and the beach. By far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in israel, the food was 10/10 the staff were 10/10 the facilities 10/10 i honestly couldn’t have asked for a better family vacation, we loved it so much we begged for an extra night and didn’t mind the extra cost. We will definitely be coming back here more!
