I stayed in a twin room, and it was very spacious for a Japanese hotel. There was a desk, a couple comfortable chairs and table, and a large bath and shower. The staff was helpful and friendly, and complementary sake is offered upon arrival in the lobby.

There's a convenience store on the ground floor, and on the second floor, there are hot spring baths and a sauna. The rooftop has an excellent public space where you can enjoy a view of Kobe. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and friendly during check-in. Overall, it was a great experience at this hotel.
