No wifi tissue paper for long term guests, they can be expensive in sri lanka. Most local restaurants eat by hands, there are sink tap water soap Quite safe, as a foreigner, there will be people looking, taking photos, smiling , teasing, getting close. I suggest wear mask at the city, buses are very polluted. Try to relax, prwy chant. not all drivers are bad drivers. Public toilets can be clean, not so clean and not clean.
