Stuff very nice, room clean and cozy. Dishes were fully cleaned. We can make dinner easily, which is quite important in mountain area. We stargazed in front of the cabin.

One of the highlights of my stay was the night sky, which was breathtakingly clear due to the lack of light pollution, allowing for excellent stargazing. The lodge itself was warm, the water supply was reliable, and all amenities were convenient and well-maintained. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay with no significant issues to mention. I highly recommend Aoraki Mount Cook Alpine Lodge for anyone looking to explore the area and enjoy a cozy, nature-filled retreat.

This is an amazing place to stay and the view from our room was spectacular and incredibly breathtaking 🥰 Im glad i upgraded to premium plus room at level 8, because oh lord! The view of the majestic Aoraki through my window is something I will take with me forever!! The room was super tidy with all mentioned amenities. The restaurant offered dinner and breakfast buffet which we enjoyed dearly. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

It’s in the middle of nowhere but the road to there is AMAZING. So it is just a perfect stay. End of story. Thanks to the host for the wonderful experience. Absolutely recommned.

A tip is the nearby short Minnehaha walk. Here you can see glowworms during night.

Great location only 5km from lake and rooms were very comfortable. Great staff and breakfast was very nice.
