The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was initially unaware that I booked a place with a shared kitchen and bathrooms, but since it was only shared among four rooms, it wasn't an issue. In fact, it was nice to chat with the other travelers. The common areas were impeccably cleaned daily and were absolutely beautiful. I loved the complimentary coffee pods, which made my mornings delightful. Additionally, having access to a washing machine was a fantastic convenience.

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die uns sogar als Überraschung an einem Abend einen Dessert gemacht hat. Täglicher Zimmerservice auf sehr hohem Niveau mit sehr freundlichem Personal; es blieb alles immer super sauber dadurch, auch der Abfall wurde täglich entsorgt. Speziell gefallen hat uns auch die tolle Grillstelle, auf welcher das feine Fleisch und der frische Fisch der Insel gegrillt werden konnte. Wir können unsere absolute Empfehlung geben (und wir sind eher kritische Gäste) 😀👏

Ich musste 2 Nächte länger bleiben, da Flüge kurzfristig storniert wurden. Es war kein Problem länger zu bleiben. Danke nochmal dafür.

There is also a convenient parking lot next to the police station nearby. It is an ideal spot when you have a car and are planning to make trekking trips around the island. The town is fairly small, so there is no problem in finding it. Owner also sent me the photo of the alley and how to get in so it was no problem at all. I´ve never met the owner but he was really respectful and straightforward in his online communication, which I appreciate. The apartment had all the appliances, washing machine, stove, microwave. Bathroom had a bidet. Although when washing clothes, you have to hang the laundry outside the old way. (good luck with the weather!) What came as a really nice surprise was a heated massage chair and a tv with good internet connection. There is also a small pier right next to the apartment so you can just go look at the night sea before sleep. It is very serene and quiet during off season. And it is all just behind the kitchen window!

Sehr schönes Haus auf einer Anhöhe gelegen, modern eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, wunderschöner Garten mit tollen Panoramablick und Blick auf Santa Cruz, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen, großer Grillplatz mit allem was man dazu braucht, Gastgeber fast gleichzeitig mit uns eingetroffen, wurden freundlich empfangen und gleich durch den Garten geführt, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.
