Featuring a lap pool and free WiFi, Oryx Airport Hotel offers accommodation at Hamad International Airport, Doha. Would I prefer to pay less? Sure! However, after a 16 hour flight and almost as many till the next one, it's so worth it. It also helps to adapt faster since you reach your destination more energised and refreshed. I also had time to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool in the evening and had it all to myself, too – don't know if it gets full at other times. There were coffee, tea, and biscuits in the room. The bed linen and mattress were awesome. The room was completely dark after I closed the shutters. It was completely quiet so I woke up well-rested. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made my stay even better. Totally recommend. I would advise to book about a month in advance as it tends to get more expensive closer to the date.

We also loved the atmosphere, food, and the staff at Riva’s Italian cuisine and Ted’s American Diner was great too, and the magic shows were a fun surprise. Thanks to Ishaque, Nauaju, and Arbaj.
