Sophie, our host, was very friendly and communicative. She kindly offered to change our reservation to a larger apartment with an extra room and more space. The new place was very clean, with reliable WiFi, and in a great location—close to the supermarket and a bookstore where we could buy postcards, magnets, and other souvenirs. There was on-site parking, and the property is centrally located, making it easy to visit several different beaches in Provo. The host also helped us with renting a car, which was a huge plus. A washing machine was available on site for free, and the apartment was well-equipped. Having air conditioning in each bedroom was also very comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the kitchen: some of the knives and pots were worn out, and better replacements would make cooking easier. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay in Provo and we totally recommend it. We truly thank our host for all her help and wonderful recommendations!
