There is nothing I did not like. This hotel for me is my relaxation and is like I have discovered a Jewel in Ajman. Special thanks to Tarindu that he remembered my wine all the time.It was my second time there, and I will Definitely go again.

I disliked initially provided room, however the reception staff was prompt to offer another room of higher category. Could not be more thankful for this, considering that it was done on the very next day of my check-in. Despite the hotel being in desperate need of renovation, the customer service was beyond any praise - very positive, professional and super responsive, all the queries being solved immediately. Overall, gotta recommend this place out of the properties in Ajman, in case you are looking for good value for money.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent! The most remarkable thing was the staff, especially the girl at the reception who was super friendly (seriously, thank you so much to her for everything!). It was my father's birthday and they prepared sweets, fruit and a cake for us. I also really liked the food at the restaurant! The views from the room were incredible 😍 (we were on the 36th floor). Everything was very clean and very comfortable. We were leaving very early and didn't make it to breakfast so they prepared a box with lots of delicious food (bread, fruit, water and juice). The hotel is very close to the coolest part of the city, in front of the Museum of the Future and quite close to the Dubai Mall and the airport. It was an unforgettable vacation. I would definitely go back!
