By far the best family hotel I’ve stayed at. Straight from arrival staff are so helpful and attentive. They genuinely care and go out of their way to make your stay special. The premium villa was enormous and immaculate, housekeeping do a fantastic job and again are very helpful with any requests. We received “care” packages every day with fresh fruit, soft drinks and water which was greatly appreciated by my family. We were there a week and still didn’t manage to eat at every restaurant as there is so much choice. We have 3 children with varied tastes and they all found something they enjoyed in every restaurant. The general standard of food and drink across all meal times was fantastic along with the friendly atmosphere from the restaurant staff. The water park and other facilities are such fun and well laid out. There is so much to pick from to keep you and the kids entertained, we had such a blast and again the life guards were so friendly and took the time to learn my children’s names and fuss over them which they loved. If you have kids or still a bit of a kid yourself you will love it here for the water park itself. The customer relations team were attentive without being intrusive and would touch base most days to see if they could do anything to help us. Due to flight times we requested a late check out but was informed by Sameh at reception that this was already taken care of which was so greatly appreciated. The lifeguard at our pool Ahmed also really helped us out during our stay and looked after us really well. He bonded with our children and they were sad to say goodbye at the end of our stay. Really can’t fault the hotel or the staff, we will definitely be back.

Facilities, food, service were really amazing! The staff really cares about the quality of their service and a la carte restaurants make a big difference compared to a regular buffet one. Would come again here!

If there was something more than 10/10 this resort would get that rating. PERFECT STAY. The resort is absolutely lovely aesthetically in all areas, the staff are very pleasant, the room is spacious and even for a standard room there is a 2 couch separate lounging area! The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom is the best. Soft drinks and water are always supplied in the fridge for free and all rooms are steps away from the pools. The front desk provided us with socket adapters for our foreign plugs! The food may be the best part, VARIETY. Cold food range, sushi, large selection of sea food (best octopus i've ever had), various grills, so many kinds of deserts including Middle Eastern ones, just so so perfect. The beach and pool have enough beds for all and bars are scattered all over and the red sea is calm for swimming and very clear . Be mindful that Ras Soma is 45 mins from main Hurghada so you may have the hotel taxi as your only option to move around for other activities like water parks or to the marina and if you have a tour to Luxor your provider may ask you to pay extra as it is off the main road in Safaga. There is an ATM on site if you need cash for use during your excursions. Entertainment at night was good and they did an elaborate one at the beach during our stay with impressive fire shows and all the good stuff. I am happy i chose this resort, do not choose another place over this one

Very nice hotel, with interesting architecture. Very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful lobby bar and lobby. Walking paths and gardens with interesting plant life give a special impression, especially in the evening. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful beach with large coral reef, excellent for snorkeling at shallow depths and a colorful underwater world. The sports activities could not be all applied, obviously because of the sports events, which were during the period of my stay in the hotel, so I cannot be completely objective in that matter .I can freely say that I was very comfortable in the hotel.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff!! My husband and our three teenage boys just returned after a week holiday in this beautiful hotel. We had one of our best ever vacation there. We stayed at the Family Swim Up Suite all inclusive, with Posh Club. The suite was great, big, comfortable, well equipped, (superb air-conditioning which was needed) Beautiful sandy beach with easy access and always available sunbeds, several international a ’la carte restaurants with great food, theatre with shows in the evening, everything you wish to have for your holiday. Sport and other activities throughout the day, great entertainment. However the best of all was the staff. The excellent service they provide. Professional, polite always smiling and helpful. I would like to say a big „Thank you” to the waiters of the Posh Club, Khalil, Shahenda, Mustafa and the others who all do a great job and are always very kind. A special thanks to our housekeeper Amr who kept our rooms nice and clean, always there when we needed some assistance. And the biggest „Thank you” goes to our amazing butler Mina!! He was the best. He was there for us day and night, whatever we wished for he made it happen. Mina you made our vacation to a dream! Thank you all, we loved it and cannot wait to go back!
