We are traveling for the first time with our little one and did a short stop in Zakynthos. the hotel team could not have been more accommodating to him and to us. The buffet was amazing (plenty of choice) and they always asked if we needed something diferent they could add. The receptionist that checked us in gave us a lot of recommendations, we want to come back to try them all. They had opened a kids water facility that was very welcomed for the hot day we had.

Great hotel with amazing staff, especially the restaurant offered a wide variety of food, the waiters were super-friendly. Nicely decorated, modern hotel with a big pool for swimming and nice beach nearby. Highly recommended!! 🙂

Amazing location and view. The amenities were all as described. And on top of this, an amazing staff to cater to our needs, and help us with any questions we might had, and even help planning our trips inside the island. The staff was kind and helpful. The view is amazing from the hotel to the sea. The hotel had its own beach where the sea was crystal clear and it was the only place on the island where the soil was soft white sand. (All of beaches are stony everywhere in the island.) Lunch&dinner had a great variety every day, and it was very tasteful too. Lot's of coctails are included as well as champagne, wines, beer, and all of the soft drinks. Highly recommened to pay for the My Favourite Club experience at least for 1 day. (It's cost 50€/pax). There were entertainment shows every night and good activities during the day. The hotel was quite full but there was enough sunbeds everytime during the day.
