I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and was absolutely delighted! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable — it had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I was especially impressed by the amazing view from the window, which I couldn’t get enough of. The food was excellent — everything was delicious and made with care, you could really tell that quality ingredients were used. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. And the owner of the hotel deserves special praise — such a kind and responsive person who truly cares about every guest, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again!

Breakfast, dinner and spa were good. Just one day sauna was out of service. I particularly liked a swimming pool - clean and decent size. The internal green yard with beautiful trees was great for the relaxing rest during the day.

Royal Bansko - Family Apart Hotel With All Inclusive Light and Hot Pool & Jacuzzis si trova a Bansko e propone la vista sulla montagna, un centro fitness, un giardino, una sala comune, una terrazza e... Stayed for one week,staff was great,rooms were very clean and good size(I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms) The only remark the menu could improve a little bit,not too many choices but in general was tasty and I enjoy it. I recommend it and maybe I'll book it again.

Lovely and warm, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Extensive wine collection and wine cellar and the food in the restaurant was first class, every time. An absolute pleasure to stay here.
