It was so lovely everything being single storey. Such a sense of space and escape. The food was so great. Some of the buffet can be a bit underwhelming, but when you figure out which of the counters to go to for the best food, you're on to a winner. The speciality stall at lunch was incredible. The apertivo times were so good. Such amazing variety. And to cook pasta on mass and still be brilliantly at dente is super impressive. The flavours were amazing, the olive oil available for the tables was so delicious. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating. The kids club and the entertainment activities were so much fun. The beach is small but paradise. The main pool is amazing. Always more than enough sunbeds and umbrellas, and an excellent temperature.

Lovely location and very nice room. Perfect place to relax and chill. Restaurant il Pugliese was very good and thé staff were great.

Hotel Valle Rossa is in San Giovanni Rotondo city centre, a 20-minute walk from Padre Pio Shrine. It offers free parking, a restaurant, and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Myself and my wife stayed for 2 nights at this property, the local bus from Foggia stopped about a 3 minute walk up a hill or down a hill to the property whichever way you arrive to the hotel. It was a very comfortable, clean and very modern hotel. The staff were so attentive and helpful. We would highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again for definite. The church that holds Padre Pio is nearby and also is walking distance.
