The location was really good, close to the old town. Massimo, the host, is exceptional. He helped with locating a suitable car park and drove us to Valley of the Temples, we caught the bus back with no problems, he have us a kettle for the room on request. We had the best meal we've had in Italie at a restaurant Nuccio. Highly recommend.

Ein liebevoll restaurierter Palazzo mitten in Noto mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse auf der uns jeden Morgen das Frühstück serviert wurde. Das Personal, vom Direktor bis zur Putzfrau, war wahnsinnig freundlich. Die Rezeption war aussergewöhnlich herzlich und hilfsbereit.

We were upgraded to a better room for free, and the check-in process was very pleasant and smooth. The room cleanliness and housekeeping were excellent — my compliments to the cleaning staff. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. The food at the buffet and restaurants was incredibly delicious — as a vegan, I truly appreciated that they prepared special meals just for me, thank you so much! The staff were very friendly and never intrusive, it was a pleasure to talk with them. The bars and cocktails were also great. Wi-Fi worked perfectly across the entire resort. I also really enjoyed the spa experience. Additionally, the hotel app was very convenient — it made it easy to check schedules, book restaurants, entertainment, and room service.
