Duży pokój z cudnym widokiem, piękna plaża, przepyszne jedzenie, niesamowity klimat w restauracjach ala carte - szczególnie w meksykańskiej gdzie Mariachi śpiewali dla każdego stolika ( dziękujemy Azael za cudowną obsługę, oraz Valentin) . Serwis dwa razy dziennie, możliwość zamówienia room service przez całą dobę ( bardzo przydało się to podczas wczesnych wyjazdów na wycieczki ). Wieczorem zawsze było cos ciekawego - występy , dużo muzyki, karaoke. Hotel bardzo stara się aby goście byli zawsze zadowoleni - nawet kiedy czekaliśmy w kolejce na stolik do śniadania podszedł kelner i wręczał nam szampana . W kafejce na dole pyszna kawa , lody i cudowna matcha !

Review for Secrets Playa Blanca I recently had the pleasure of staying at Secrets Playa Blanca, and it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special throughout our stay. Every request was met with a smile and handled promptly, making us feel truly pampered. One of the highlights of our trip was our visit to the spa for a couples massage and hydrotherapy experience. The spa was tranquil and beautifully designed, creating a calming escape within the resort. Our massage therapists were incredibly skilled, leaving us both feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The hydrotherapy circuit was equally luxurious, with soothing water treatments that felt like a perfect addition to the experience. It was such a memorable way to unwind together, and we’d highly recommend it for any couple visiting the resort. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful, with decor that felt luxurious and high-end. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into every detail, creating an ambiance that was both stylish and comfortable. We stayed in the preferred section of the resort and loved the added touches, including a hot tub on the balcony—such a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the views. The resort’s restaurants were fantastic, with a variety of options that catered to every palate. Each meal was a treat, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. Whether we were dining at the gourmet French restaurant, enjoying a more casual poolside lunch, or indulging in some late-night room service, the food was consistently excellent. The grounds of the resort were stunning, meticulously maintained with lush landscaping, and felt like an oasis. We especially loved the peaceful, beautifully landscaped pathways and vibrant flowers throughout. Whether lounging by the pool or strolling along the beach, the views were picture-perfect at every turn.

The atmosphere is amazing, it is an oasis in the middle of the jungle. So quiet and peaceful yet very comfortable. Beautiful nature all around. Two pools, one in the sun and one in the shade. Also a free Mayan sauna. We had the villa which was amazingly decorated, water pressure very good. We received welcome drinks when arrived. You will have to eat at the hotels restaurant but it is very very good! Prizes are fair for the good quality and amount of food. Morning yoga so fun! And most importantly - the staff were absolutely fantastic and we felt so welcome and well taken care of. Iguana’s are btw a part of the crew. There is cenotes in the area you can walk to.

Atelier Playa Mujeres- Adults Only - All Inclusive Resort is offering accommodation in Playa Mujeres, With free WiFi, this 5-star resort offers a private beach area and a 24-hour front desk. I have been to a lot of hotels in my life and this is the best hotel I have ever been to in my whole life, it was an exceptional experience, so clean and comfortable, they have upgraded me for my honeymoon. Lots of choices, about 10 restaurants, 3 caffès and 4 swimming pools. Staff were super friendly and hospitality standards are top notch

Offering amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, Palmaïa – The House of AïA is a luxury all-inclusive resort that features large outdoor pools, a wonderful spa and beauty center, 5 à la carte restaurants... Palmaia is an extraordinary place to retreat body, mind and soul. The hotel is top notch, the staff is going above and beyond, food is excellent. Can not wait to return.

My best friends and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday, and everything was exceptional. From the lobby staff to housekeeping, bartenders to pool servers - it ALL made for one of the best vacations I've ever been on. The property, views, and amenities were unreal. I've been to a lot of all-inclusive resorts and this was hands-down my favorite. Special thanks to Tannya (Bonita!) and Oliver at the pool for making our stay EXTRA perfect!

Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is a AAA's 5 Diamond Award Winner property with 13 outdoor pools, 6 à la carte gourmet restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a Coco Café, a Barefoot Grill and a... Amazing food at the Asian restaurant and at the Sea Side restaurant. Staff polite, friendly and professional as a 5 stars should be. Staff very efficient. Common areas clean. Room clean and private concierge very efficient

This hotel is amazing if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and romantic experience. The facilities are gorgeous and spacious, the design and decoration reminds you that you’re in a luxurious hotel in every corner. The staff is super friendly, they upgraded our room to a junior suite without extra cost, we even had a butler assigned which you can reach on WhatsApp for anything you need. We asked for an early check in due to our flight arrival and they managed have the room the moment we finished the check in. Also on the checkout day they still let you use the facilities (including restaurants) up until 5 PM. They have like 5 or 6 restaurants, each one with different themes, and every dish was in a gourmet style with high attention to detail. The beach was also great but I assume that’s the case for most of the hotels located in the Hotel zone of Cancun. It was a great experience overall, would definitely consider going back if we decide to visit Cancun again. Special shout out to Gustavo from Olio, and Aleman our butler.
