Very clean and well run modern property. Friendly and helpful staff. Well equipped room with a kitchenette. Laundry facilities on site (fee to use machines and dryers, soap powder provided in the fee). Underground train a couple of minutes walk away. Bus to the city centre from the front of the hotel. Small well stocked supermarket and a restaurant located opposite. Area was quiet at night so you could sleep with the windows open.

Really a good surprise so near the main place of Brussels (15 min by feet). Appartment (we got Sidney at 2sd floor) was a little like our second home, we felt very comfortable in it. Very clean. Nice staff at reception. Good to have a underground parking (for 20€/day).

The location was great. Close to the Grand Place, 5 min walk, 10 minute walk from Central Station. There is also a Metro station nearby but we did not use it. The hotel is very close to the Christmas Market too. a small grocery store for all your essentials (Nespresso pods) is just across, and lots of restaurants and shops around. The location felt safe. The hotel was clean. The beds comfortable. small kitchen was enough for the basics. The hotel also has a small gym and a breakfast room that could be used for meetings/ library at other times. The hotel is in a busy location and you will need to use your key card to access the lobby after hours and for the elevator at all times. good security.

Everything was as expected. A nice, quite spacious studio with a little kitchen. The bathroom was nice as well, and the bed was very comfortable. There were extra pillows in the closets which I used. The location is right in the middle of the city, surrounded by metro and bus stations, which means you can easily get to your planned destinations. I prefer staying here since the price was the same as regular hotels that are much smaller and with fewer facilities.

    This is an aparthotel, so there is always someone on at reception. The room was comfortable and the kitchenette useable with enough pans, plates etc. We stayed here because it was close to Brussels Midi and we had a morning Eurostar to catch. Would use again in similar circumstances. The area isn't great but it doesn't feel unsafe. I'd recommend heading to the centre of Brussels if you want to eat and drink out, though there are some places opposite the station.

It is opposite Madou subway station and about 15 mins walk to Cathedrale des Sts-Michel et Gudule along Rue de la Croix de Fer. It is an unmanned hotel so entry is by code on first day and thereafter by card key. The room and bathroom are large and have a small space with kettle, refrigerator and oven. The bed is spacious. New towels are given every few days. Toiletries are by Rituals.
