Fabulous stay here for one night. Betty is a wonderful, welcoming host and gave good recommendations for things to do and where to eat. Room and bathroom spotless, very well decorated and so so clean. Bed was comfortable and it’s a great location to walk around Arbatax and port.

Great Staff and very friendly.

Arbatax is a small coastal town located on a small peninsula that juts out into the sea. On one side, there is a beautiful beach, and on the other, there is the harbor. The position of the apartment is ideal, with a terrace overlooking the bay/beach. The beach is a five-minute leisurely walk from the house. We were there in October, and it was quiet, but there were still enough tourists. Nearby, there is a nice restaurant where you can have seafood or pizza for dinner. The host Elisabetta was very helpful, giving us tips for our walks. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We loved the pool and the scenery here and how quiet it is. The air conditioning being on the whole time was great and room had a huge fridge which we appreciated as there is a supermarket at the bottom of the road. It was very clean, easy to get to and secure property. Tortoli was lovely.

We had a truly fantastic stay! It’s rather quiet even with a roundabout 50m away, so we had a completely peaceful and relaxed stay for 4 nights. The apartment is located in a condominium consisting of 8(?) equal apartments, it is good size and offers great amenities: mosquito nets, wardrobes, hangers, power outlets by the beds, various lighting sources, smart TV, shelves in the shower, 24/7 availability of washing machines, a drying rack, terrace furniture, oil and vinegar packages, and many other small things that make a difference. The place is in close proximity to the beach, we stayed on the top floor and loved dining on the terrace. The pool was bigger and deeper than expected, it is spotless, they clean it with a robot, and the water has no smell of chlorine. The staff are very responsive, Laura is doing her utmost to provide for everything and keep the environment cozy and laid-back, and it all makes it a great value for money, especially if you compare it to Venice or Rome. The place is located in the outskirts or as we called it, the countryside, it does not have the glitz&glamour like the surrounding beach towns, and that makes it charming and authentic, better suited for quiet retreats. However, having a car is a must. It is true that the swimming pool hours are restricted and you cannot go for an evening dip, nevertheless, they assured me that they are working on it and next year, hopefully, they will be able to fix it or at least circumvent it. I might be up for a return visit.

Beautiful area, large swimming pool, each house surrounded by bushes, so everyone has their own privacy.
