Location, super clean, new modern and spacious room, laundry machine, kitchen in case you want to cook. We loved the tatami rooms and also that it had a separate bedroom. I was traveling with my parents and that room was perfect for them, while we could enjoy the typical tatami style beds. It was close to everything and we really loved our stay, would definitely come back and stay here again!

Our stay was fabulous, the apartment was very big, clean, comfy, it had everything we needed. The position was incredibly good, in Gion, very close to amazing temples, such as Kennin-ji, Yasaka shrine, Kyomizu-dera and more. We spotted some geisha too in the evening (please, be respectful, no photos, no videos in the area). "Gion Corner" is so close and you can see a geisha dance and even take a picture with her in the theatre. The staff is amazing and immediately replies to your questions. There's a lounge downstairs where you can relax, there's a vending machine inside, tea bags and liquid for your loundry. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

New building, very clean and very comfortable. Extremely tasteful decoration, large, beautiful and comfortable bedroom. Felt almost like a luxury hotel but much more affordable. Beautiful, well designed apartment a stones throw from the Gion district but exceptionally quiet on a pedestrian only street. Very comfortable futons, gorgeous bath and shower looking out to a garden, opening windows with screens, only four apartments, keyless entry, high ceilings – the list goes on, it’s all perfect! And the hosts are super responsive and lovely!!
