We loved mostly the bed, it was comfortable and also the bath towels, so large and smelling so fresh and perfumed. There is available a parking inside the property where you can safely leave your car. Breakfast was really tasty and had a great variety. The hotel is also very close to a nearby beach, only 3-4 minutes walking and 20 minutes walking from the centre.

Well maintained, served by family members, very close to Lungomare and beach where all activities can be arranged and enjoyed. Booked 2 rooms. Breakfast is either Italian or Albanian. They serve it to the room. Ina is a wonderful lady, the one we met. She tried to help me in booking Tirana hotel after those 2 nights. Great and comfortable stay. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Felt at home. The hosts were very hospitable and offerred us extension for few hours for free! Will highly recommend and will definitely come back if visitng ksamil again! :)

The place is located right in the middle of the city. Walk two minutes in any direction, and you will be on a busy street with lots of shops and restaurants. But it is a 3 story villa on big parcel of land with its own garden situated in the middle of the block, so inside it feels like you are in the countryside. That host is super friendly, and he lives at the property. That is very high-quality coffee provided around the clock in the garden. I was even offered complementary homemade rakia and beer!
