The building has an elevator, so no one has to worry about carrying their luggage up the stairs after a long trip. Downstairs, they also had a luggage storage room to store your belongings after checkout... you need to have a 1 euro coin to activate the storage space. You get a door access pin to be able to return and pick up your stuff later. But really, the crown Jewel of my entire experience was the suburb and exceptional customer service experience provided by the super friendly and professional host (Christian) ... he was truly amazing from the first moment of communicating checkin instructions in a clear and precise way to helping out with a special request like finding a safe place to store my rented ebike or helping me gain access to the luggage storage area .... Christian was prompt, friendly, and super helpful, so kudos to this exceptional level of service 👏 In my entire history of more than ten times visiting Wein and staying in different properties across the city ... this property by far delivered on the whole package in terms of product and service... and because of this exceptional value proposition... I will definitely be calling Mint my home away from home whenever I am in Wein.
