The facilities contain all necessary equipments as water boiler, coffee maker, dishes etc. The host Dimitris is very friendly and helpful. It is a place where we would definitely come back.

Everything was wonderful! The hosts were very kind and friendly and we had everything we could possibly need. The place was so calm and peaceful, 5 min from the beautiful Kini beach. We had a nice private terrace with chairs and table, and also a cord to dry towels - very handy! The room was very clean and well equiped. The best thing was the wonderful green garden/courtyard that full of flowers and well looked after, we spent a few evenings relaxing there. We had an amazing relaxing stay here! Hopefully we will come back!

Around 4 beaches close to the hotel but Kokkina was by far our favorite. 10 minute walk and if you arrive early it's all for you. - Good restaurants within walking distance.

A 100 metri da Spiaggia di Azolimnos, Kois Studios offre un giardino e alloggi con balcone. Lovely, clean accommodation hosted by a most friendly and sympathetic host. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. The accommodation is in a small, purpose-built block, literally three minutes walk from the mini market and another two minutes from the beach. I should also add a shout-out for the young lady who cleans the rooms- she was thoughtful, thorough and friendly- all much appreciated if you are travelling on your own.

Sweet people, clean, near the beach, not crowded, great restaurant near. The host did everything to make us feel comfortable. We spent one week there with no car, just laid back, eat well, work, walk, enjoy the beach and the sea.
