It is a modern, clean, spacious, cosy and quiet apartment. The kitchen is equipped with anything you need, there’s spacious shower room, comfy sofa and fantastic, comfy bed. It was really quiet at night(!) – Holly, the host, is very welcoming, super friendly and helping at all time.

What not to like!! Good location, easy to find. Beautiful apartment. Overnight night treat for my 2 daughters, 4 grandchildren who thought it was "amazing" Everything we needed, lovely comfortable, relaxed evening following our visit to the Tower Circus. Granddaughters loved the jacuzzi bath!! Thank you

    Fantastic place to stay ,quiet, super clean and beds are so comfy, the modern apartment has everything you need for a self catering stay, wifi is also great ,very short walk to pleasure beach , sandcastle waterpark ,south pier and tram stop ,the hosts are very responsive and helpful ,we were super impressed with these apartments and would highly recommend them, we were lucky enough to park in one of the apartment parking bays although there were several car parks very near within minutes walk, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

    Our stay at Smith Stayz Apartments was perfect from start to finish! Self check in was smooth and effortless. We stayed in flat 3 which was very spacious and decorated / furnished to a very high standard. 1 parking spot also available free of charge per flat. We could see the Blackpool tower from our window which was an added bonus. The accommodation is less than 5 minutes walk away from the prom / tourist attractions. The hosts were fantastic and very generous letting us check out later than 11am.

    Great location, and only a short walk to tram stops and town centre. Nice modern apartment with all mod cons and well maintained. Kids loved the big TV and the electronic door locks. Great restaurants nearby. Although it doesn't have its own private parking there are plenty of reasonably priced carparks nearby, including secure multi-storeys, and short stay outside the apartment to drop off luggage. We will definitely use it again on future trips.

    I stayed in room 3 which a studio apartment, .The bed was a pull down wall bedwhich I must say was one of the comfortable I have slept in. The room was very clean and everything you would need for a self catering holiday. John and Jackie were very helpful and nothing was too much. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
