Very gracious and kind host, who was ready to explain the recipes to us, despite us not understanding the language barrier. Felt like home. Would love to come back.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Gari met us and insisted on helping us carry our bags up to the unit. The moment we walked in we could see how much care & attention was taken to create a welcoming environment. Every corner was spotless and he ensured we knew where everything was prior to leaving. He even gave us a bottle of wine as a parting gift, true Georgian hospitality! We would come back to Borjomi just to stay here again! Do yourself a favour & book this apartment 😊

Dengan pemandangan gunung, Hotel Hobbiton near Vardzia Caves terletak di T'mogvi dan mempunyai restoran, khidmat bilik, bar, taman dan teres. Everything was good enough 👍 Easy to find (seen from the road), nearby the Vardzia, surrounded by mountains. There is an own parking. Nice design of the guest house including the apartment interior, exterior as well as the dining hall. The chill out area in front of the apartment is supplied with a fountain. The host offers dinners and breakfasts (at an extra cost). They also offer Khikhvi wine made in their winery - a decent one , I recommend. They plan to invest and enhance the space: add more apartments, plant a vineyard etc.
