The villa is in a very nice area with an access to the town and lakefront easily by foot. The villa is newly refurbished and very beautiful. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. All the amenities we need are in the room. We had a great stay there and will definitely be back when we are next in town.

The room was extremely clean from bedding and towels to furniture and dishes. We had everything we needed - microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and Air conditioner. We especially liked the balcony with a lake view where we had dinner and breakfast when there wasn't heavy rain. Thank you Vivian!

From the moment Fabrizio picked us up from the train station (great service!) to the moment we checked out and Fabrizio drove us back to the train station (amazingly considerate!), this was an amazing stay. Fabrizio and his son Luca personally handed over the keys and guided us through the amazing loft, which is modern, clean and comfortable - perfect for our family of four. The complimentary bottle of bubbly and the locally made pastries were another nice touch. And, of course, the views, which are sublime and even better in person than the beautiful photos you see on this listing. Waking up in the morning and activating the remote controlled curtain (another nice touch) to unveil this gorgeous landscape...absolutely priceless. And, as a bonus, enjoying the views again in the soft light of the evening from one of the two Jacuzzis...even better. We would stay here again in a heartbeat on a future trip to Stresa. One of the best lodging experiences I could imagine anywhere. Grazie mille, Fabrizio e Luca!

Excellent service! We felt very welcome right from the start, as the hosts greeted us, introduced the apartment and the surrounding area, and gave us great recommendations. The apartment itself was beautiful, and the stunning lake views made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and services nearby. Our family of five had a wonderful time, and we will definitely come back!

What a find, the apartment is far better than the photos suggest. I had read the previous reviews and yes Roberto has thought of everything you might need. The apartment was in a old renovated building, it was spotless, it looked newly refurnished it was quiet,comfortable bed,location wise too, a 5 minute walk to the ferries ,bars and restaurants and bars all close by.
