Hands off self service type accommodation. Shower room and sink en suite then toilet dedicated to each room but just outside the room. Large shared kitchen and dining area which is ideal if you are here for a while and wanting to cook meals etc. free use of washer/dryer. Traditional room with tatami matting and futon beds which were super comfortable! Location great - 5-10min walk from main part of Higashi Chaya District. 5min walk to Family Mart combine and McDonald’s. We didn’t meet any staff during our stay but they were quick to reply via messaging if we needed anything (mainly recommendations for the area!). We had our luggage shipped to this accommodation from our previous location and arrived all ok.

Excellent location in quiet neighbourhood, a real Kanazawa neighbourhood. It truly was a short walk to major sites. The tourist bus service in Kanazawa from train station dropped off us off close to the apartment. We liked using the washing machine and the quick drying room. Also very large shower/bath room and nice little kitchen with lots of dishes. The tatami mat area with futons and small table was a hit with the grandkids. (who knew they had to be quiet due to it being a quiet home) We felt that after being greeted by a "hostess" at the main door at the agreed upon time, that we were in good hands in case we needed to contact them for anything.... which we did not...

Brand new apartment with a clever layout. Very hi tech with 2 toilets a spacious wet room, mini sauna and double sinks. Great for a family or 2 couples. Coffee machine, pods, mochi and drinks were a nice touch. Location was great, only a few mins walk to great restaurants, convenience stores and shops. Self checkin was straightforward, using a pin code at the front door. Apartment is up one flight of stairs which was no trouble for us but if you have mobility issues or multiple heavy bags it may not be suitable. Can’t recommend this place more highly, was so much more spacious than a hotel room! If you’re catching the orange loop bus from the station, it’s about a 10 min walk from the bus stop. There is also a parking bay right opposite the apartment which cost about ¥800 for the day and ¥1200 for overnight. Loved this place 🤩

I loved the open space, the beds, the floors. A great first experience of a Japanese apartment. The neighborhood is fantastic with the museum, coffee shops, the garden, great restaurants. Everything was perfect: the place was spotless, modern, and felt brand new. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having both a washing machine and dryer was a big plus. The rooms were cozy and spacious. Parking right in front of the door was very convenient. We received a warm welcome and excellent support throughout our stay through our great host.
