I really enjoyed my stay at Voco The Palm, Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless, and the whole hotel had such a fresh and relaxing vibe. Big thanks to Sameer, Awais, Gopi, Hussein (hope I got the name right, he was at reception and gave us a wonderful welcome), and the pool and beach team for their kindness and great service. What sets it apart St. Regis from any other hotel is the staff. They are well-trained to show passion and are determined to impress residents with their professionalism. For example, when they offered me a welcome drink during check-in, I inquired about its caffeine content. They informed me it was caffeine-free and even remembered my preference the next day during breakfast, offering me decaffeinated coffee without me having to ask. The receptionist had noted my preference during check-in, and the breakfast staff ensured to accommodate it. Additionally, when the breakfast receptionist showed me to my table in the beautiful and spacious breakfast room, I mentioned it was my preferred spot. The next day, the breakfast receptionist had my 'perfect table' reserved for me. During check-out, they even waived the breakfast charges. Furthermore, they offer a WhatsApp butler service for easy communication. These instances are just a few examples of the exceptional service provided by the staff at St. Regis. Unfortunately, I didn't write down all the staff names who impressed me to include them in the compliments. Additionally, I'll certainly consider returning during business trips and colder months, as the lack of a beach may not suit my preferences for leisure travel.
