Very nice and clean room! Frendly staff, really nice dinner at night, good prices!! A lot of fruit before a nice breakfast, when we should leave one of the staff cleaned our tuktuk!! This is a quiet, calm and relaxing place❤️

We booked this on short notice 10 minutes before we arrived and were super happy that the owner is so flexible. The accommodation was super clean and really nice. It’s right at the beach and beside a great restaurant. Everything was clean and the host was really friendly. We felt comfortable and great to stay here. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

The House is magnificent and beautifully located on the beach. It's spotless and very comfortable (great slightly more firm pillows and a comfy bed which are big ones for me). The pool is GREAT as is the outside chill area. It's a really beautiful villa. Hasitha, the guy that was there to assist us was great - very helpful and respected out request for privacy. Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.

After a tiring journey, we reached the Larns Villa hotel, where we were warmly welcomed by the very nice and friendly family of the owners. Initially, we planned to stay for 5 days. The hosts of the hotel surrounded us with such warmth and help (they helped us rent a scooter, point out interesting places), we practically had everything. Breakfast was included in the booting package, but we decided to eat in the hotel and we did not regret it because the lady served delicious lunches and dinners that met our expectations and flavors. We occasionally ate outside the hotel. Due to the comfort provided by the owners, we decided to extend our stay for another 7 days. Nice and well-kept garden, nice and friendly helpful owners, location 50 meters from the sea, really clean facility, clean swimming pool as well as very clean and tasty cuisine, comfortable and functional rooms. What more do you need? I recommend it with a clear conscience and you will not be disappointed. Greetings to the owners and we wish them all the best. I will definitely come back.

We were warmly greeted by the staff and given an exceptional room. The hotel grounds were spotless as was the room. The pool was a great relief from the scorching sun. Everything and everyone connected to the hotel went above and beyond expectations.

First the check in, the hotel had some internet issue but nothing to blame the hotel for, I made my booking just before boarding the flight, the hotel area is very nice, we've been there during the rainy seasons and the ocean was impraticable so we couldn't enjoy it. The staff was amazing, they were extremely nice and always available to support. We have enjoyed the upgraded room to a suite with ocean view. The hotel has 2 swimming pools both are big. The breakfast has a good selection of food. My kids enjoyed the kids club and Nuwani was great with them. The pool staff were very nice especially with the kids and their activities.
