The hotel service was excellent, upon checkin the front desk officer was kind enough to upgrade our room to a sea view room with outdoor balcony. The view upon entering the room was Wow! It was incredibly gorgeous. It was also our first time in Abu Dhabi, the kind gesture has left us with great memories that will last forever. We would like to thank you the reception staff and team for all the delightful hospitality.

The service at the front desk was exceptional - thanks for the help with the bags! Everyone I crossed paths with at the hotel/beach clubs and breakfasts/dinners was extremely friendly and helpful, always with a smile, which was very nice. Incredibly varied and delicious breakfast and dinner. The room was cleaned every day and was very clean. I really liked the location of the hotel. There are plenty of places nearby to walk around in the evening. I would love to come to this hotel again. The sunbeds on the beach are a bit worn out. But by the pool it is very comfortable to lie down and it is very good that there is a separate pool for adults.
