From the moment we arrived , we were captivated by the uniq architecture of the house, designed by the owners themselves. The design of the house is stunning and the rooms are tastefully decorated , blending traditional Sri Lankan charm with modern comforts. Each room exudes a unique artistic flair, making the stay feel both luxurious and homely. The cleanliness and upkeep of the property are top- notch, and Roshan and his wife went out of their way to help me during my stay. This is without a doubt one of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. we will definitely return as our experience was simply extraordinary. They offer excellent service, charming accommodations and a serene environment. I can highly recommend it, if you are going to be in negombo for a short time and want to be close to the airport , it is the perfect place. Don’t miss out on this beautiful place !

The place is amazing – extremely clean and modern. The room was very spacious, with complimentary water and fruit provided, which was a nice touch. There’s also a restaurant on-site that we really enjoyed. We only stayed for one night because of its proximity to the airport, and unfortunately the monsoon season had already started, so we couldn’t make use of the pool or do much else. The host was excellent – communication was smooth, and he kindly arranged both pick-up and drop-off (very early in the morning) at the airport for a fair price. Highly recommended!

I felt so welcome by the owners and they were very accommodating, especially when my arrival was very delayed and late at night. Had a wonderfully relaxing stay.

I stayed here 4 days after very long flights from the US to recover my sleep. Riverrina is a very quiet and peaceful place to relax. The swimming pool is large, clean and refreshing. There is lots of wildlife on the grounds--such a delight to wake up to the many birds singing. (Listen for the kookaburra!) Ask to look at the Dutch canal and the tree with bees! The staff is exceptional--they always appeared as soon as I came downstairs to see if I need anything. I loved the Sri Lankan breakfast that changes a bit everyday. There are many choices on the buffet. Everything is spotless and well-cared for. Although it is a bit far from the airport, I vote it a perfect place to recuperate from a long flight before experiencing this wonderful country.
