This place is such a dream. Driving up the East Cape along the coastline, really made you feel like you were getting away from the bustle of Cabo and into a laid back, wilder and more rugged landscape. We were greeted by donkeys on our drive in, before arriving at this little oasis tucked up the hill. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. You could tell they genuinely love this place and are happy to share this with guest's. We stayed in the Sunrise Suite which had an unobstructed view in front of us to the ocean. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves and woke up to the sunrise streaming through the bedroom currents. Really couldn’t ask for a more relaxing getaway. Next time I’ll definetly come for longer and explore the area!

The owners are so caring and attentive and we felt really welcome from arrival to departure. The room is very spacious and the bed is comfy. The hotel is nicely located in the center but still in a very calm street so you don't notice all the hassle and noise of the partys going on in the city. This is our favourite hotel in Mexico so far!

Five-diamond adults-only resort, top-shelf liquor, butler services on every floor. All the staff were very friendly and kind. I received excellent care from the butlers. Many services and reservations can be made through the hotel app. One of the best parts of this hotel is the complimentary hydrotherapy.

Situated in San José del Cabo in the Baja California Sur Region, Viceroy Los Cabos features an outdoor pool and a private beach area. We loved everything about the Viceroy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. We want to thank Samantha and Oscar for the warm welcome and help during our stay. The property was very clean and everything looked even more stunning in real life compared to the pictures. The architecture is beyond compared. The food was great, too. We had dinner at Awacate and Cielomar and ate at the pool. We loved everything about our stay and would come back any time.

I accidentally booked for 2026 instead of 2025 and they found a way to accommodate us despite receiving my date change request less than 24 hours before check-in. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they gave us a one-bedroom suite with complimentary breakfast and yummy welcome cookies. :-)

Located close to the marina which was good because we fished a couple of days. Many restaurants around and on the side streets, I like to eat off the beaten path. Staff was great, manager sent a text while we were on our way to say the room was ready even though we were a couple hours early of check in. Let us stay late because we had an afternoon flight.
