The people working in the hotel were really kind and friendly and helped me with everything. They helped me get a trip to Abu Simbel and even packaged me a breakfast for it, because the trip started so early. The room was very quiet, peaceful and clean.

Crystala guest house tiene jardín, terraza, restaurante y bar en Asuán. El alojamiento está a unos 1,2 km de Museo de Nubia, a 4 min a pie de Kitchener's Island y a 18 km de Aswan High Dam. Es destacable lo extremadamente limpia que es la propiedad. La amabilidad de sus recepcionistas y la excelente predisposición que tuvieron en todo momento. Me sentí mal y se ofrecieron a ir a la farmacia por medicamentos y crema que necesitaba. Tuve que quedarme más tiempo tras el check out porque no me sentía todavía bien y no tuvieron problema en volver a darnos la misma habitación más allá que ya la habían limpiado. Nos esperaron en la bajada del ferry y luego nos ayudaron con las maletas hasta allí. Tienen una terraza con una vista magnífica al Nilo. Lo dicho: siempre serviciales y atentos. Definitivamente volveremos.

FADL Kato, que se encuentra a 22 km de Mausoleo de Aga Khan y a 900 metros de Museo de Nubia, ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y baño privado en Asuán. Very nice view from the top terrace, excellent comfortable shower in the bathroom (which is rare in the area), kind host!

Nuba Heart está en Asuán, a 7,6 km de Mausoleo de Aga Khan, y ofrece vistas al jardín. El alojamiento está a unos 24 km de Kitchener's Island, a 25 km de Aswan High Dam y a 25 km de Museo de Nubia. La habitación era nueva, grande, limpia y muy cómoda. El baño también era grande y tenía agua caliente. El lugar queda a menos de 5 minutos del ferry público (10 LE por persona). Sin duda, Tamer (host), resolverá todo lo que necesites: transporte, tour, comida, boletos de tren, etc. Siempre estuvo pendiente de que nos sintiéramos cómodos. Es un lugar familiar, donde puedes compartir con la familia de Tamer y los turistas que se estén hospedando, disfrutamos mucho conversando y jugando juegos de mesa. Gracias Tamer, sin duda volveremos.

Beautiful house on Elefantine Island. Everything brand new and of good quality. Host Abu picked us up on arrival, organised a free sunset tour (just tip the guide at the end). We also booked transportation to Abu Simbel and Luxor at a very reasonable price through Abu, in very comfortable cars. We were able to use the washing machine for free, there is an equipped kitchen to use. Food is very tasty. Beautiful rooftop restaurant.

Airkela Nuba Dool 2 tiene jardín, zona de playa privada, terraza y restaurante en Asuán. I had a wonderful stay at Airkela Nuba Dool 2. It is run by amazing people and this is what I appreciated most, after even having seen wonderful temples of Abu Simbel, Philae, Unfinished Obelisk, and the Nubian Village. We felt like we were at home. People there are super helpful 24/7, warm, kind and nice. One of the best hotels I have ever been to. You won’t feel like you are tired after you come back from a day trip to Abu Simbel or Philae. Just an amazing place!!! Can’t describe how comfy I felt there. You feel like you are dreaming while being at Airkela located on the Elephantine island - in the middle of the Nile river and the most stunning part of the town of Aswan. The host organised everything for us after we asked him to help us with trips to several temples and sites near Aswan. You can even request a tour to Abu Simbel and all the stuff is organised for you swiftly just hop on the car with super nice drivers. I am still processing how amazing it was to stay at Aswan. The rooms are exquisitely beautiful, furnished with Nubian styled colourful furniture and have beautiful views over the Nile. You will find yourself in some fairy tail. We could not believe that we were staying in such a fantastic place. My friends and I arrived at midnight and the host organised a car for us which brought us to the hotel. The hotel is on the island as I mentioned above and to go to the bank in Aswan one has to take a super cute boat which functions every 15 minutes and takes 2-3 minutes to go to the other side of the Nile. The hotel also has a boat which you can ask to rent and the employees will take you on the tour on the Nile and to the majestic Nubian village to buy some local yummies and spices as well as locally made souvenirs. Airkela is a true paradise for holidaymakers! I 100% recommend this place! Cheers to its owners and people who work there! I miss you!
