The hosts were incredibly helpful and caring! Despite our late notice and early morning arrival, they welcomed us with coffee and allowed us to leave our luggage so we could enjoy the beach. After checkout, they made sure we could return to the apartment to shower and even drove us to the bus station at our request! Highly recommend it. I would definitely come back in the future!

Mika was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean, renovated, and beautiful. There is a rooftop with a great view, a seating area with free snacks, coffee and tea and a wonderful breakfast was included at a nearby bakery. The location was perfect as it was steps from the main square "Tartini Square".

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. The staff is absolutely lovely (special mention to the property manager ☺️). The hotel is new and very nice. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The pool area is great for relaxing and refreshing. Everything is pristine clean. The hotel is walking distance from a really nice marina with some shops and restaurants, and the beach is not far from there. We had overall a really lovely stay.

Nice welcome. They anticipated us and left keys so we could check in. Good facilities for our bikes and delicious breakfast. Restaurant right next door was delicious.
