His dad Luan was really helpful and so kind to us. Definitely this is the place! Also they have a private parking spot for guests.

Besides location, the appartment itself is also perfect. We had the house for ourselves. Right now it has 2 bedrooms, but the host told us he wants to make another bed- and bathroom on the top floor. It was clean and we slept very well. House is a bit cold when it is very cold outside, but the electric heater will keep the bedroom in a good temperature (so for us this was no issue at all). Also the host is very friendly and gave us helpful tips for must sees in the center. Totally recommend!
