Easy to find. On arrival, the entry keypad had a plate attached telling me to ring the bell, but I couldn't find the bell. Someone passing rang the number and all was well! It was very clean and very technological with a small plastic card for room entry and flashing lights as well as a voice telling if the door was locked or unlocked. Wifi worked a treat. There were qr codes here and there, and a Hi Google box or something - I didn't dare mess with those as I am not very good with modern things! Bed very comfortable, slept like a log, and everything was clean. Breakfast self service and perfectly adequate. Auxonne is a beautiful place, and I would like to return and stay here again for longer. Thank you!

The Chateau de Mauvilly is wonderful. It is actually somewhat breathtaking. The hosts, Marie and Phillipe, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was great. They had a fire going in the fireplace of the chateau's salon each evening, and that was a superb place to sit and read, chat, etc. We felt like royalty! We had dinner at the Chateau one night, and it was a real treat.

Our lovely hostess Lauren and her husband went out of their way to create a wonderful memory and experience for us during our stay! Beautiful, pristine room, bathroom and home generally. Warm, exquisitely decorated and was our favourite place to stay during our month long tour of Europe. Fantastic homemade breakfast! Great location for walking into the town. Highly, highly recommend!
