One Strathview was a very comfortable B&B in a perfect location for an overnight stay on our tour of Scotland. Ian was a very gracious host and we enjoyed our visit with him. Breakfast was fantastic!

Brucefield B&B is beautiful historic house with peaceful tree lined garden. Oru and Anita were there to greet us and couldnt have been more friendly and thoughtful. Free alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks were avaiable in the lounge area as well as snacks. Free soft drinks avialble in the fridge in our room. Excellent variety of tea and coffee products in our room as well. Our room was large and immaculate with a very comfortable bed. The shower had excellent water pressure and the bath robes were a lovely touch. Breakfast was top notch with smoked salmon and the famous local Arbroath smokie on offer. It was a beautiful 20 minute walk along a costal path into town and good transport links to train and bus station. The lovely coastal walk to Auchmithie is a few minutes away too. Oru and Anita clearly put a lot of effort into anticipating their guests needs, with sun loungers, garden games, dvd library and prefilled music USBSs. Couldn't recommend their B&B more highly and genuinely felt more like a small luxury hotel than what you expect from a B&B.

Even though it was just for one night, our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. Mrs. Agnes is like the aunt everyone wishes they had: kind, helpful, and always smiling. The room was very, very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed linens were the most fragrant I’ve ever slept in. The parking is free, safe (inside the property, not on the street), and very spacious. The house is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden. Our two-year-old son loved touching the flowers and walking on the grass. Breakfast was also delicious—we had an exceptional porridge while sitting by a window overlooking the garden. Truly a great stay.

We had a perfect stay at Balnabrechan Lodge. Jules is a wonderful host, giving plenty of great recommendations of things to do, eat and places to go, including ongoing events. The lodge is just wonderful, everything you need is there, we loved that there is a bathtub. Places to sit outside and relax. The location is very close to the Lunan Bay and beach, which is extremely beautiful. A large sand beach for long walks. Absolutely everything was just perfect and we had a really great stay, we will be back next time for sure!
