The owner and the property both were excellent. Very clean and comfortable , and it had everything we wanted.

The property is absolutely stunning with Victorian Charm and quite a lot of history. Our room was large and inviting with coffee, tea, biscuits, a rain shower, and every amenity you could imagine. Fiona, James, and their pets were as inviting as they come. We felt like family for the evening. The breakfast was divine. Everything about this property blew us away and the price was quite reasonable as well.

Lovely house that was before a pub. The hosts are very helpful, have a lots of tips and have a good sense of humour. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.

The staff, rooms, food, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. The building is old but tastefully refurbished. While some stairways are narrow and dim (a bit of a challenge with luggage), the rooms were comfortable, well-equipped, and even featured unique plaster ceiling designs that gave them real character. The staff was outstanding. The woman who managed breakfast each morning (I wish I remembered her name) was especially wonderful—warm, attentive, and full of local tips. Thanks to her, we discovered the Red Kite Feeding Station in Llanddeusant, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. The pub downstairs is lively and welcoming, with excellent food and a friendly mix of locals. It does get busy in the evenings, but even as a party of six, we were always accommodated.

Breakfast was wholesome and set us up perfectly for the day! It was clean and cosy. The location of it is so perfect too :) was a really lovely stay. Highly recommend.
