He carried our two heavy bags up to the 4th floor for us. He frequently checked if there were any other issues and rushed to resolve any issues. We had a spacious and comfortable room. The shared kitchen was also free to use, so it was a great environment for a long stay. However, the level of cleanliness of each guest was different, which was sometimes unpleasant, but the hard work of the staff more than made up for it. We stayed for 9 days and felt at home. Thank you very much.

There is a kitchen, dining table, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, cups and everything. An iron and ironing board is available, like at home. Huge cupboard to secure storage and individual shoe compartment. Curtains on the dorm beds for extra privacy, charging sockets and light, cooling fans in the room. Complimentary breakfast. Communal area has a big TV with Netflix/Youtube etc.

The hotel is a lovely respite from dusty Ravangla, but also an easy taxi ride to and from the nearby sites. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Walks near the hotel were a peaceful diversion. A great place to stay.
