It was also the only place we stayed in Italy that actually had AC (other 2 places claimed to have it, but didn't). I loved the tub in the room, and that they had a smart tv to watch Netflix in the evenings when we were relaxing. They also had a cleaning service come in every day.

It is centrally located and can reach most of the main attractions on foot within 15min. Special thanks to Lucas who offered needed help in calling the local tour operator regarding my trip and successfully got a refund in the end.

The breakfasts were simply perfect: abundant, made with local products, and a delightful mix of savory and sweet options. Our Hosts’ local knowledge was invaluable, their tips and tricks added so much to our trips. Whenever we needed help, they were there immediately. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking an authentic Tuscan experience! We’ll definitely be back!

All rooms come with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and towels. room was spacious, blackout curtains were awesome for sleeping through the morning. the staff was super friendly.
