The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Lifts into york and providing nibbles in the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble which is a rare quality and really made the short stay amazing. Beds were sooo comfy and the garden was extremely cute with mood lighting and fairy lights in the trees. If you dont mind staying 10 mins out of york then i would absolutely recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing overnight stay! Everything was spotless, so clean and well taken care of. The hot tub was a real highlight; it was the perfect way to relax and unwind.     This holiday home has everything you need for a large family or two smaller families to stay comfortably, within walking distance of York city centre. Fridge and freezer, kitchen ware, beds and storage space as well as a separate dining room and living room. Two loos and two showers meant no queueing for the bathroom.

    Location was excellent as it was walking distance to town and free street parking. Although you need to be able to walk and climb the steps for the bridge over the railway track. The extras in the property, hand soap, milk, washing up liquid, fans to name only a few were well received as I have been to holiday homes with no small needed extras. To have the shops so near were also fabulous . Beds were comfortable.
